This is a great lead generation tool that has the ability to capture
the public's inquiries on listings from any brokerage as your own!
How does it work ?
For a web visitor accessing via the broker's website ::

Once you sign up to view all real estate properties, you will be assigned a local REALTOR® who will receive a notification email to activate your profile. Generally this is done within a few hours.
Once your account is activated you will receive a notification email from the assigned REALTOR® indicating you are now activated. You will then be able to login below to view, search and save real estate properties that are with any brokerage.
You can also adjust your HotSheet notification emails when new real estate properties match your settings.

For Brokerages, the assignment of REALTOR's® to lead generated clients is based on "Round Robin". When installed on the REALTOR's® personal website .... instead of each client being assigned to a REALTOR® being "Round Robin" for every REALTOR® on the brokerage website, each website visitor is assigned to the specific REALTOR® on the REALTOR's® personal website.
Visitors can search ALL listings, save listings and request showings on any real estate property which always go to the assigned REALTOR®, regardless of the listing brokerage or listing agent.
When you are the assigned REALTOR® your branding is always prominent from login to logout otherwise a default background is used. No matter where the client logs in from then on forward, once assigned to a REALTOR® this cannot be changed unless the client is deleted.
You as a REALTOR® can also see via your iWebAgent.com login area the real estate listings your clients have saved.
